“Touching is seeing; Seeing is touching.” For the visually impaired, to read is to touch the embossed dots on a solid matter. This is one of our goals, to provide braille to read and tactile to illustrate images and designs. Reading is the literacy measurement for the blind. It is one method to learn pathways to communicate, dissect instruction, and demonstrate imagination, which serve to empower visually impaired individuals and their communities
EVR Braille Services accepts a wide variety of print materials -- whether it is for personal use, such as school instructional materials or for professional use, such as legal documents, statements, HIPAA-protected or medical documents. We also provide tutoring services for those who would like to learn braille and to get certified by the Library of Congress through National Federation for the Blind (http://ww.nfb.edu).
